Objective

Create an online resource center and one-stop-portal for India’s dermatologists, where they can explore current research, exchange ideas, share case studies, refresh skills, & access tutorials.

Strategy We Used

  • Create a customer-centric & non-promotional mobile/web-based self-learning platform.
  • Build a repository of knowledge for dermatologists with case studies, practice management, articles, & further guidance.
  • Provide patient resources for a wider audience with easy-to-consume content.
  • Visual learning tools, including videos demonstrating standard, as well as emerging procedures.
  • Provide case challenges for professionals to test skills & discuss diagnosis & treatment.
  • Guidance for dermatology students including career options, clinic setup, & other essential skills.
  • Search engine optimization was used to rank for keywords around terminologies used by dermatologists and dermatology students in order to garner contextual traffic on the Guiderm website.
  • We used social media platforms like LinkedIn as well as search engines to reach out to dermatologists and create awareness about the platform

Result

  • The portal has engaged with a growing community of over 8500 dermatologists.
  • High engagement with 123 papers shared since its inception.  
  • Database that includes over 3000 ebooks, 11,000 videos & 85 journals.
